I have an Access 2007 database that I tried to open on a new machine with Access 2013. It is giving a missing reference on the following
Missing: Microsoft Office Soap Type Library v3.0
The dll should be mssoap3. Is this no longer available? If I was to package the Access 2007 database with the runtime would it work on a machine with Access 2013 already installed? What are my options?
